The reason shes saying "I've missed you so much" is because the story behind this pic is supposed to be like she left for a long time and couldn''t get him off her mind, so she went back to earth and found him. Here is a little story to go with the pic:

Tak flew throughout outer space, deciding that taking a break from the other planets would be best to relax her and her mind. However, how much she tried, she could NOT get that ZIM out of her head. She shook violently, and Mimi, concerned, came to her aid. "Not now Mimi. I'm having a crisis."
Mimi knew her master needed time to herself, so she crept back and ignored her for the time being.
"I cannot take it anymore. I have to see him again. I don't know what this is I'm feeling, or why it's here. I'm so confused!"
Tak screeched, frustrated tears welling up in her purple eyes.
She drove her ship down to earth, where she landed in Zim's yard. She first changed to her disguise. She proceeded to walk up to his house. She nervously fiddled her fingers, wondering what Zim would think. "I'm in love with the enemy..." Tak said. She knocked on the door. No answer. "Tak, I believe Zim is at Skool." Mimi said. Tak nodded, and walked to the Skool.
She ran into the building, and narrowed her eyes on Zim. She ran toward him and hugged him, Taking Zim by surprise. "I've missed you so much..."
