History: As a Pikachu, Razor was a rouge. He had no family, and didn't care much. He protected himself with Thunderbolt,as he tried staying away from other Pokemon and humans, as he was truly a loner. Once he had found a Thunderstone, he was feared on the city streets by all Pokemon who encountered him, as he always got what he wanted. If they didn't give him something he requested, he would brutally cut his foes with his Razor sharp tail, using his tail like a sword of sorts. Thus, the name 'Razor' arose. When Giratina had found out about his brutal ways, she knew she had to have him. She guided him to Primal Legion with her powers, where he gladly and WILLINGLY accepted her offer to work with her.
Extra: He uses his tail to cut his foes brutally. He also WILLINGLY joined the primal Legion, he WAS NOT CONTROLLED BY GIRATINA!!
